Construction Superintendent
Seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent for fast paced construction projects. Ideal candidate will schedule and delegate daily work activities, ensure safety compliance on site; monitor work area; maintain inventory and keep daily logs. Salary range $65-85K dependent on experience. Comprehensive benefits which include health insurance, PTO and 401k matching program. HS Diploma or GED plus 4-6 years related experience/training needed. Valid Driver’s license and favorable driving record required. This Position demands frequent extended periods of out-of-town overnight travel.
Commercial Carpenter
Seeking skilled Commercial Carpenter. Ideal candidate must be experienced with Finish trim, seating and decor installation, doors/hardware, dry wall, floor and wall tile. Hourly range $17-28/hr dependent on experience. Comprehensive benefits which include health insurance, PTO and 401k matching program. HS Diploma or GED plus 1 year related experience/training. Valid Driver’s license and favorable driving record required. Must be available to work out of town/overnight.
